I bought the base for the game table today and thought it might be a good idea to spread out all of the terrain pieces on it – to get a feel for their placement in the landscape.
It brought home just how much work I still have to do on this to be finished by May! Panic time…

Yep, 8’x4′ – biggest board I’ve made yet. Today I started making a timber frame to build the mountainside around, so I’ll upload a photo tomorrow once it’s finished, and then maybe do a photo-diary of its progress from framework to completed cliffs.
Mountains as well…damn impressive!!
