Hi fellow ‘Spodders’ – I should explain the term and where it comes from. It’s a term that has come into common use to describe an activity that takes an extraordinary amount of time and shows no tangible benefits or results, usually while something more important needs to be done. I use it specifically to relate to collecting, painting, and playing games with model soldiers.
This blog is my sandpit, my area where I can experiment with the concept of blogging and learn the WordPress software and sourcecode. So it will probably undergo a number of changes over time – if you are a regular visitor, please bear with me.
