A knife in the dark

For many years, I have been meaning to build a hilltop for my model of Weathertop, but just never got around to it. Like most projects of mine, they remain almost finished yet abandoned, for many years. So I found enough 75mm high density styrofoam to build a decent sized hill and set about it with a ‘drywall’ saw (hence the post’s title).

I’ll do some more when the weather calms down a bit (it’s been ridiculously hot here for the past week) and I can spend more than 5 minutes in the shed without dehydrating. I intend to bring this along to the Bugle Call as either a static display or an actual participation game (depends if I can find someone to run it).

  3. I really hope to see the hill finished, since it was an inspiration to my Weathertopmodel. The painjob is simply excellent.
